About Me

Hi, my name is Ashleigh Smith, and I am 16 years old. I am currently a year 11 student at All Saints’ College. I used to go to Mater Christi Catholic Primary School up until year 4 and I moved to All Saints’ in year 5.

Some values that are important to me include creativity, positivity, and kindness. I am a very determined person and always make sure to finish what I have started. I am an optimist and make sure to keep smiles on other people’s faces. These values are important to me as they urge me to keep trying towards my goals. These values keep me looking on the bright side of life and help me to keep my goals on track.

In my family I have one brother named Alex. My heritage is mostly dominated with Scottish blood, but my Mum and Dad were both born in Australia. I have too many cousins to count and enjoy spending time with them at Christmas. I have a dog who is named Hunter. He is a German Short-Haired Pointer, and he is very cute.

My hobbies include volleyball, painting, and surfing. I do indoor volleyball with Southern-Cross. I paint at home and use my own creativity to express myself in the form of art. I am very passionate about my art and really love that I can have a few hours to myself on the weekends to put myself into my art. I surf with my Dad almost every Sunday, depending on the conditions and do it mainly for fun. Surfing with my Dad is a great time to spend time with my family and get out there and have as much fun as possible. I like being creative and having fun and enjoy light-hearted conversations but I can’t do a puzzle to save my life.

My plans for the future are to take a gap year after year 12 and then go to the University of WA. I hope to become a psychologist or generally work in Art. I wish to have a large family and go on lots of travels with my kids.
