Yoga and Meditation

On Tuesday we did Yoga followed by meditation. Yoga and meditation relaxed and calmed me physically and mentally. I learnt different Yoga positions. Doing an extended session allowed me to experience a deeper Yoga experience. I am not very flexible so pretty much all of it was challenging to me, however, my partner and I were good at the partnered Yoga.
