On Wednesday the 5th of August, 2020, I went to St Louis Estate, an senior retirement village to perform for the seniors. I played on a violin which was owned by a friend of ours who lives there. We had brought the violin to be repaired for her. It was originally her father’s, making it at least 200 years old. I was very lucky to be allowed to play it for her. Someone working at St Louis Estate saw me and asked if I would play for all the residents, and I agreed. It was very special for me that they enjoyed the music.

I am passionate about music and I play the violin, flute and piano. I have been playing the violin since I was four, my flute since I was seven and I started the piano when I was twelve. I play my violin in WAYO (West Australian Youth Orchestra), and some ensembles in school – Guarneri, Celtic Band and Symphony Orchestra. I play my flute in the Senior Wind Ensemble at school.
