Hi, I’m Ash.

I am a highly motivated Year 12 student with a passion for learning, new experiences and whatever the world throws at me. Resilience, determination and passion are my three main values I strive to live my life by. Every day is a new challenge which I take head on.

When I look to the future, there is a lot that lies ahead. I have hopes and aspirations, and as a firm believer in hard work, I know when the times, I will work for to make a fulfilling life for myself. My largest aspiration lies in my career – I desire to become a Formula One engineer, and work in the pinnacle of motorsport. Engineering is what I love – it combines my love of Maths and Science with my desire to create.

I’ve grown up in a world where so many things are possible. However, we still have problems that have buried themselves deep, ones which we will have to reckon with, such as the effects of climate change. As I have gotten older, I’ve started to see challenges as an opportunity to grow and develop, and also to make long-lasting change. Every problem can have a solution. My way of giving back, in some sense. My underlying sense of purpose and my desire to help has often governed my life, something which I think will serve me well, whether it be though co-curricular, Service Learning Endeavours or not even related to my school life at all.

The ultimate goal: Leave the world better than I found it.
