About Me

Hello everyone, I’m Casey!

I am an enthusiastic, hard-working learner that pursues to be the best version of myself in many aspects of life, including academically and socially. I strive to enlighten the lives of others to make a positive difference in my community via my set values and skills such as empathy, communication and gratitude. I am an immensely motivated person, always focused to push myself to be open to new, exciting opportunities, as well as encountering the challenges that will be faced ahead.

Music is one of my biggest passions that has sculpted my life and ignites my spirit every day. My love for music has allowed me to indulge in one of the most creative arts, constantly exploring new genres, expressing every powerful emotion and thought that is evoked. A few of my commitments include being a part of a Symphony Orchestra; Senior Wind Band; Senior Clarinet Ensemble, and of course, the fantastic contemporary band, ‘The Tradies’. I aspire to be a part of the West Australian Symphony Orchestra one day, to develop my never-ending passion.

‘Where words fail, music speaks.’

-Hans Christian Anderson

Another aspect I am dedicated to is my ambition with my service towards our community in need. I believe that it is a high priority to support others in need of aid, to empower individuals while further enhancing our progressively embracing society.

Why is service such a crucial matter, you may wonder?

When every person is struggling through their challenges, it is undeniably comforting to have another individual walk with them right by their side, assuring them that they are not in a lone boat. It is also rewarding within ourselves knowing that we can make a difference in so many people’s lives, no matter the form and magnitude of our service. Personally, one of my favourite service forms is being a Nulsen Youth Patron. Giving back to our society is a way to express our gratitude and gratefulness with all the fortunate blessings we obtain. I am more than excited to be a volunteer as a Crew Leader for an exciting Primary Kids’ Program in the upcoming holidays.
