In year 7 I got to participate in a three-night camp. On this camp, we faced many challenging tasks such as abseiling, pamper pole, incentive walk, and a rock-climbing wall. These challenges were fun but scary.

On the third night, we had to do a three-hour hike/walk to a campsite where we slept in tents overnight. On this hike, we had to walk through mud, cross a river and go under electric fences. This walk taught me how to cope with lots of different challenges and obstacles, which is a very important skill to have in life.

Overall this camp has taught me how to face difficulties and obstacles and it helped me make some important friendships and how to work as a team.
