Loyalty is important to me because I think that your friends and family should be loyal to you and support you when you need it and I try to implement this in my life by always standing up for my friends and family and being kind to them.

Freedom is important to me because I think that freedom helps you to learn and discover yourself. Especially to be able to have freedom about your looks and mindset so you can find out what type of person you want to be.

Honesty is important, especially when it comes to trust and people you trust because they should always tell you what they think and express their feelings in an honest way.

Good Role Model

What healthy behaviors does this person demonstrate?
Evanna Lynch is a vegan and she is a dancer and actress. She promotes veganism in a healthy way by talking about it and its benefits but also addressing the negative side as well on her podcast. She uses her dancing to stay fit and healthy as well as a way to express her emotions.
What do they look like?
Evanna Lynch looks healthy. She is not underweight but also not overweight which helps to show young children that being healthy is not about being skinny but about doing exercise and having a healthy diet.
What message does this person promote?
Evanna Lynch previously had an eating disorder and anorexia which affected her diet, she is now healthy and she shares her experience and gives others advice on how to be healthy and what she did wrong, and also how she has learned through her experience. She mostly promotes this message through her social media and her podcast.
Why should young people look up to this person?
Young people should look up to her as a role model because she is fit and skinny in a healthy way and she gives safe and appropriate advice on how to be like her and be healthy. She is passionate and strong towards the causes she believes in which is a good thing for all people to have/do.

Bad Role Model

What behaviors does this person demonstrate to show that they are a bad role model?
Kim Kardashian photoshops the photos she posts on social media to show herself as being skinnier and with an hourglass shape. She also promotes a lollipop that destroys your appetite and makes you not hungry so you don’t eat, because of this people have gotten eating disorders and long-lasting damage to their bodies. Kim Kardashian also has a clothing and bathing line and all of the models on her website are skinny and it is not very body positive.
What do they look like?
Kim Kardashian is very skinny and has an hourglass shape. This is an unhealthy image because it makes other people/her fans feel like they also have to look like her and have that shape and figure.
What message does this person promote?
This celebrity promotes plastic surgery through her body and social media posts.  As well as this she promotes a lollypop that ruins your appetite so you won’t need to eat to make you skinnier. She mostly, however, promotes her own clothing and bathing line where most of the models have the same body type and all of the models in the waist training and shapewear section are a bit bigger compared to all of the other models. She is trying to say that people who are that size need to use shapewear. All of the shapewear product names are named things like “solution shorts” this is putting people down and making them feel as if they need a “solution” for their bodies and their shape.
Do you think that young people should look up to this person as a role model?I do not think that young people should look up to her as a role model because of the body image she promotes, her body is thin and in an hourglass shape which makes young people feel that they need to look like that too especially with her new Skims wear and waist training.
Is everything you read/hear/or see in the media true?
Not everything you hear in the media is true I know this because there have been lots of false rumors made up about Kim K, especially regarding her divorce from Kanye West. It is also easier to spread fake information with social media and making false names/accounts.
