The best learning experience of 2019 was the during most of the life skills lessons because they were when I learnt the most valuable skills that I will use later on in life. I think that life skills was one of the most important subjects this year.

If I could go back and redo year 8, I would study more for math so I would get higher grades. Math is important to me right now because I am interested in going into finance as a job, I am still not sure which finance job though.

The most enjoyable experience this year was the camp, this is because I got to have a break from school and do fun activities while also getting to the people in Forest. It was also fun to catch up with friends such as Tafa, I am going to miss him since he is moving to Carrie Baptist In year 9

My biggest contribution to the school this year I think was when I made the VR tour for the salvation army. As I am writing this I am up to editing the videos. I’m pretty sure it counts as community service so that is helpful for getting jobs

I learnt the most about myself in camp because I had to talk to lots of different people and it wasn’t as awkward as I thought it would have been.

Advice I would give to the next year 8s would be to make sure you balance out your homework and to make sure that you don’t procrastinate. Also to make sure you enjoy the year because you get to meet lots of different people.
