Injustice – The Andrew Mallard case

In this project, we learnt about the principles of justice that uphold Australia’s legal system, such as the presumption of innocence, an impartial judiciary, equal treatment before the law and the right to appeal. I studied the Andrew Mallard case which involved writing an essay on the topic, receiving feedback and editing the essay for online publication. This essay is the end result of editing process. It demonstrates my ability to research, take feedback and refine a piece of written work to produce a professional result.
