For this photography task, we had to taker two photos. One from an angle of a bird and one from the angle of a worm.

For my bird photo, I like how the purple colour of the flower stands out against the green plant, I also think that it’s a good angle. I think I could have improved it by including more than just the flower into my photo to make it look like it’s more from a bird’s point of view.

What I like about my worm photo is how the focus is on the leaves and soil. I also like how the path is a leading line itself. I think it could be improved if I angled the camera up a bit more in order to make it seem more like the worm is looking upwards. I also think it could be improved if more of the ground in front of the camera was in focus.

A high angle can create a mood of something being small or insignificant. Using a high angle on a person often makes them seem submissive and in movies it’s often used on weak people and victims. A high angle could be used in photography to show someone or something being small or alone.

A low angle could create a mood of something being large and superior. Using a low angle can often make things look bigger, so using one can often represent someone being in charge or a villain type character. A low angle could be used when you want to photograph something to make it look bigger and to make something look more threatening.
