In the state robo cup competition our robot couldn’t complete the rescue part of the course and we got 18 out of 200 on the first try and my team and me both said that we couldn’t win but my friend and me stayed with the rules instead of using our phones which a lot of people got disqualified for and it allowed us to take 2nd place. i wanted to just ignore the rules and read comics on my phone but my partner told me not to and to continue ding anything but break the rules. i didn’t know what a growth mindset was but now i learnt that following the rules and listening to someone else will allow you to succeed.
