Neuroplasticity is the brain’s ability to adapt to changes in an individual by forming new connections over time. When we make these connections, the brain will continue to form new connections over time but will get used to the individual actions like how they speak, walk, eat, etc.
These connections can be broken by physical injuries such as injuries to the spinal cord. If this cord is broken, the connections your brain has made cannot refix these connections and all of the connections will be lost. These connections can be remade if the individual is still alive. But it’ll be much harder to remake the connections. These connections can be daily actions such as walking, eating, talking and much more.

Your brain isn’t fixed and can be trained to improve peripheral vision, memory, reaction speed and more. You can train your brain these things by doing tests and doing activities which will help you improve on these. Every time you train your brain to do an action. The connections your brain makes towards that subject will get stronger and stronger making you be able to do these actions easier and better.

Grit is when you don’t give up and keep on striving for your goal. Grit is something that not all people have, but you can improve your grit as your brain will continue making connections which will then give you more grit or make you use it more in your daily life. Studies have shown that many more people with grit will succeed more than people who don’t have grit and are just smart or personally talented.

For me, happiness is a state of an individual being joyful and excited due to something. You can’t be happy always, but you can at least try and be happy most of the time throughout your life. Some things you need in order to stay happy throughout your life are, friends, family, memories, you are being safe and healthy, shelter, money, hobbies and much more. Sometimes you don’t even need these to be happy as we had covered. “The happiest man on earth” is a book about a person called “Eddie” who had been locked up from the rest of the world because of his religion and background. He had gone to many slave camps and had lost his parents, friends, freedom and everything he had. He’d then later be saved and had then promised to himself to always have a smile on his face and never hate anyone. Note that this is a real story as well.
