The way I see it, if you want the rainbow you gotta put up with the rain! – Dolly Parton
In life we face challenges some easy and some more harder. But we can’t keep backing away from these challenges, we have to show courage and face them. We all want the best that life has to offer for us, but “…if you want the rainbow, you gotta put up with the rain!”
Hello There!
Hi there, my name is Abhinav. Nice to meet you! I am 12 years old, I have a sister and I have 2 very loving and encouraging parents, but I don’t have any pets. I was born on the 30th of March 2008 in Melbourne. I attend All Saints’ College in Bull Creek, Perth. I am energetic, very very competitive and I am enthusiastic about everything! I am also very superstitious. I love experiencing everything and talking with people.
My main passions are playing badminton and I also like making and doing science experiments. I love riding my bike and experiencing the breath of nature that comes with it. I am also a great soccer player. My friends would describe me as a very proactive and collaborative person. I make sure that everyone is working together, and I begin with the end in mind.
My strengths are I can work together with everyone, I am a very respectful and caring person and I am very empathetic. I can see the world through other peoples shoes and I feel what they feel. I am a hardworking and dedicated individual and I strive to do my best. I feel that I use feedback wisely and take into my errors/faults and make them my strengths. I follow the 7 habits and I always use E.R.I.C when I am stuck.
Biking
My passion for biking started when I was little. I would ride around on my tricycle in the park, zooming past the trees and slides. I remember feeling the wind running through my hair and the painful bruises from falling off my bike. The cries of laughter and the cries of pain were so memorable. Now, I still ride my bike but, I fall off less often and I have upgraded from a tricycle to a proper bicycle.
Badminton
I have always loved the game badminton. The satisfying sound when the racquet slaps against the shuttle, and the squeaking of shoes on the court. I even attend the badminton co-curricular sessions on Tuesday afternoons at school. I started playing badminton at the age of 9 at home with my family. I have improved greatly from when I started.
When I am older I feel that I want to become a martial artist or help people in the medical field. I also want to become a professional badminton player. I want to help people and I love teaching new things to people and learning things is a second nature to me. I have a talent for badminton and I always practice my martial artist moves.
