Skill: Shell Drill / Defensive positions

I learn how to space outside the three point line better and run more plays and have an offence more spaced and on defence communication and spacing and having someone in help, denial, and ball. This will help for my game play as I can space everyone outside of the key way and have space to drive and makes plays on offence to score. I also learnt defensive positions and fighting over screens. I can use the defence I was taught to not get beat in a game and play proper defensive positions.

Course: Dietitian course / Strapping

I enjoyed the diet course because it showed me healthy diets and foods that would be good for my body and help me grow muscle and eat more healthy with carbs like bread and eating rice and chicken to help build muscle. It also showed us foods that aren’t good for us and what bad effects they have on our bodies. I loved the strapping course because I learnt how to help a broken or fractured bone heal properly by myself and learnt how to use proper strapping tape.
