Future Of Fremantle (Grandparents Pitch)

Our Task

Our InnovatED task was to devise a plan for Fremantle after the port was moved to Kwinana. We then focused our project based on the questions we chose. Our group’s questions focused on transport, building on what was already unique to Fremantle, fun and recreation, and housing.

After we pitched our ideas to our grandparents we came together and picked an idea we wanted to focus on, I chose to focus on housing. The groups were then reshuffled so that people with similar interests were together.

Project Utopia

Project Overview

After our groups were reshuffled we were asked to plan out what we wanted where in our groups. Once these designs were finished we pitched them to the class and then voted on the design we liked best. After our class came to a decision, deciding what we wanted and where we finally had our final design. We then split up the port into 8 sections with each group in charge of a different section. We then made a somewhat scaled modal of what would be there based on our class plan.
