Effective Communication

I show effective communication when I work in groups, and in teams whether it be in the class, playground or on the oval. I always try to make sure that in my groups everyone understands each other and that everyone is included. I don’t only show effective communication in groups, I also make sure that I show it during class discussions.

Leadership

I show leadership by helping other people and leading the younger kids in fitness. When being a leader I believe it is important to make sure everyone is on the same page and that being a leader is not being bossy.

Problem Solving

I am a problem solver by making sure that when a problem comes about I come up with all possible ways to make sure that a fair solution is found and that it benefits everyone.
