About Me – Collaboration and Learner Agency

Through year 8 English we have a lot of opportunities to work well with groups. The first assignment when I was able to see this was when we did our current affairs assignment and we worked in a group through the whole thing I worked well with my group, and I didn’t just run off and not talk to them. This was really the only time in English this year I could show my collaboration because the rest of the year it has been mostly single work and I haven’t been mad about that because when I have worked in groups other times, I have butted heads with other people. This hasn’t been like this in this assessment, but I know from now on in groups I have to listen and not try to talk over people and if they do that to me I just have to breathe and not get mad.
