An important skill that I have learnt in this unit is the triple threat. This has helped me to be able to foresee the wide amount of variety of moves that I am able to do and implement them into my game. I can shoot if there is more space that I have created. I can drive if I have made a way for myself. I am able to do many things, which benefited me in many ways.

Course

A course that helped me was the rugby player that came in to show us recovery. This was very important as it showed me that recovery is very important for sports players, or else you will not maximize your performance. Your muscles can get more relaxed. Mental fatigue is very common in basketball from other situations. Players who have basketball recovery on their 1st priority list and have it as part of your training are going to achieve more than others. This is why I found it helpful.
