Fixed Mindset

One example of a time I had a fixed mindset was when we had a history mystery task at the start of year 7. It was during covid and we go a different teacher and we were meant to continue but I found it hard to concentrate on my work so I gave up and read books during the time I was meant to do work.

Growth Mindset

A time I had a growth mindset was at the start of year 7. I started the year not knowing how to manage my time during tests and thinking that there wasn’t enough time to complete it but by the end of the year I learnt how to manage my time better and I can complete most of the questions and can still manage to answer the questions accurately.
