In innovated I was a part of the Jewelry making rotation. During this rotation, we got bags of jewelry and reused all of the beads within it. Once we had all the beads, we organized them by colour and started creating the bracelets. Each of us made about 3 bracelets each.

Our plan was to donate all our bracelets to a children’s hospital to try spread joy to those in difficult situations. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to do this because of COVID and sanitary issues. Instead we were able to sell them at the $20 boss market. After making all the bracelets we still had many beads left so we found other ways to use them such as making phone charms, anklets, and photo frames.

During this process, we were able to come up with a brand name and logo. Some students in the class came up with name and logo ideas and as a class, we voted for the one we wanted the most. We ended up with the name “Wish makers” and chose the logo shown on the left.
