This year I did well academically, I passed every subject including English and Hass with some struggle. 2023 is a C grade year with Barely passing English and Hass but excelling in math and science getting an A and B respectively.
Throughout the duration of this year, I studied for tests more than any other which is what I think pushed my Science grade to a B instead of a C, however due to my struggles with English I would have failed this year if not for participating in person and Multilit tutoring (Multilit is an online English tutoring company). I did this tutoring throughout the entire year which I think boosted me to just be able to pass English this year. And even though I didn’t get a Hass tutor, I studied and did the best I could to get me to just pass Hass as well. My studying routine was basically I would start studying a week before the assessment and study 30 minutes every day before the test.
Overall, during this year, I think that because I did everything I could to study and prepare for tests I did very well especially considering my learning disabilities, and being able to overcome them is a big step in the right direction for me.
However considering that year 10 will be even more difficult than this year, I will have to take extra time to study and prepare for assessments and tests, even if it’s as small as an extra 30 minutes to my study routine each day, just to get the best grades I can.
