In week 6 we were given an opportunity in English to write, direct and perform a dramatic play to enhance our learning and our capabilities. During my task 6 dramatic performance, many problems occurred during the making of the play and the performance. These problems that occurred help me to grow my problem-solving capabilities through the performance. During the making of the script for our performance, we had an issue with making sure our performance didn’t offend anyone, as our performance style was comedic it ment we had to be particularly careful that we didn’t stereotype any of our characters too much or made our jokes to inappropriate, while still making the play entertaining. This expanded my problem-solving capabilities as I had to think from the perspectives of the different audience members and react to the script to make sure it didn’t cross a line.  Another example of how I expanded my problem-solving capabilities was during the rehearsals of my performance when we had multiple days that our team members were away and had to improvise. I would read the script as the other characters that were away, and I would step out of the performance and see how it looked like as an audience member. This expanded my problem-solving capabilities as I was forced to find ways to complete the performance and rehearse without everyone there. The last way I will talk about that enhanced my problem-solving capability was during the final performance. During the performance some of my team members forgot their lines on the spot, meaning I was forced to improvise and create a new line to keep the performance going and to get my lines in.  This showed that I had quick thinking with my problem-solving skills and I am reliable in fixing the problems I am faced with.
