This is the first print of my project X visual arts and through out this term I have gotten to improve on my progress and I have had a blast while doing this project and I improved on my art techniques and I learnt a lot about all of the different types of prints and how you apply the etching ink. Miss Crimson also helped us if we got things wrong and she help us when we first came into the class and she would give us advice to improve in this subject. My prints later were better than this one and this one had a lot of ink on it and it printed darker than my good copy and my other copy.

This copy was the second draft and I did something wrong that at the time I didn’t know but then I remembered that I didn’t take a lot of the ink off of my plate and it turned out worse than my first one and then when I did my final print it turned out that I almost had the perfect amount off and it looked really good when it came off of the printing press. I went to take my plate off of the paper precision plate which tells you where to put your plate and then the printing paper so I took it off and put it on the drying rack so I then checked if it was there the next lesson and it wasn’t! So I did some looking around the art room and I found it near the bottom of the rack.

The Mistakes I made with the printing was not using enough clue because when I tried to put the etching ink on the plate and some parts of my plate came off and I just had to replace them with etching and I messed up by not letting the etching have a low amount of ink.
