What Capabilities have I shown in the first few school weeks?
At All Saints College, we follow the capabilities wheel. The capabilities wheel is a list of capabilities we use ranging from teamwork to creativity, with 8 capabilities in total. As elder students, it is our job to follow these capabilities to set a good example for the younger students in the junior school.
But in the first weeks of school, every acts different because it’s a new year with new people etc. So what capabilities have I shown?
In the first few weeks in Y7, the 2 capabilities I have shown the most are Resilience and Collaboration as I have had to be resilience while transitioning into Y7 and while doing the new Y7 activities. I have shown collaboration while participating in group activities and taking the responsibility to act as a leader and stop my group from floating away from the task we were assigned.
