A: Weekly Program

Part B- Skills
Throughout this semester I have learned many new skills and tactics. I have gotten more confident in defense and getting in front of the ball. I have improved on making the opponent change direction and forcing them to make rushed shots/passes. I have used the skills I have learned and have implemented them into my games outside of school.
Part C- Course:
The course that I feel helped me the most was the recovery session, it has helped me be more cautious when playing sports. I always jar my finger or roll my ankle and these sessions have helped me a lot because when I am trying to find tutorials or ways to strap them I now know how to. I can also strap other ankles or fingers if they have an injury, as I know to do so. This course was fun and interesting, and I would like to do it next year.
