Hi, my name is Simbarashe Gundani (Simba), and I am a 15-year-old boy currently in year 10 attending All saints’ college. I and my family am from a small country in Africa called Zimbabwe between Botswana and Mozambique above south Africa. This is where both my parents and 2 sisters were born but I was born in Norway which is 13,678.4 km away from Zimbabwe.
I have 2 older sisters named Lisa and Isabelle. Lisa is 25 years old and Isabelle is 30 making me the youngest. In my life I have some important values which help me get through a tough situations and always make the right decision, those values include integrity, courage, love, and respect, and hard work, I live with these values every day.
In my free time, I really enjoy hanging out with my friends listening to music and playing sports. Some of my favourite sports are basketball and soccer. I currently play soccer for the MUMFC u16’s div 1 and I play basketball for the All-Saints team.
I like playing sport because I think it’s a great place to make new friends and improve on skills like communication and collaboration. I have many friends from school on my basketball team and soccer team and when asking them to describe me, they say that I’m a very caring, dedicated, hardworking and empathic person who is also a great leader.
