$20 boss

Reflection

At InnovatED, we started a Project called $20 Boss, but i am unfortunately dropping $20 boss because I find it unengaging and not fun anymore, but I will include things about my business and what went well and what didn’t in this reflection. Our business. Our business idea was originally wooden laser cut phone stands, but the idea was not thought through enough so we switched to wooden laser cut coasters, our business product was named go coastal, we named this because our phone stands were named go stands, so we we just easily just switched the second word. the People in my group were, Me, Charlie Allen, Charlie Mckell, Adam and Shray. I think if we carried out our business idea we could at least make our interest back ($105) because we worked well when we wanted and the product idea was really good in my opinion. Some capabilities that were included in $20 Boss were teamwork, we had to work together to create a strong solid business idea. we had to use problem solving as we hit so many obstacles and had to work around it and think outside the box. I think at the start of our business production, our team did not work so well but there was definitely room for improvement. I feel like our team provided strong confidence but lacked in organisation which made our team vulnerable to faults.

The process of $20 boss has been fun but taught valuable lessons such as how to create a business idea and teach us how hard it is to carry one out, i think it is a really good idea giving students a chance to make a business and give them a taste of the real word
