Christmas Market

The Christmas market was a success and we had to make some marketing choices throughout the small lunch time we had. Our first customer was obviously persuaded and fell into our trap of ooshies and he most certainly got nostalgia and bought a really rare product for $50! Our team was going to sell it for $20 but someone said they would buy it for $40 then another person bought it for fifty. Our strategy was to lower/increase the price if our table was popular with so many people or with not so many people coming at all.  We had a flexible mindset because we knew we were not going to make much profit, so we found some leftover snow that we were not going to use and sell them in little cupcake wraps for $1, we made so much because of flexible thinking. We had to make a rational decision and think as a customer. “do I need this, or do I want this” it was a want but with the power of marketing, we made it seem like it was a need, we did this by telling people they need it to shake there stresses away and they need it because snow absolutely will refresh you on this hot day.

I think that we could have used our money more wisely because we only spent $12 dollars on jars and we did not spend any money on ooshies. we wasted money on baby oil and plasticne. we had think on the spot to sell things
