Collaboration
In year 8 English I had to do a variety of projects that made me use collaboration skills. These projects made me a better collaborator and helped me be a better team player. The current affairs task was the first example of this because we had to make a film TOGETHER we had to use everyone’s skills and someone had to take charge. We also had some projects that used student learner agency, for example, the creation of a short story.
Current affairs task analysis
The current affairs task was the first task in year eight that we had to collaborate with people we didn’t know that well. we had to perform a current affairs show and work together to make it as good as possible. we had to take direction from a director and then work on a plot that we were given.
short story analysis
the short story was one of the hardest task we had in 2022, because of the fact that we had to write a whole story in under 1000 words, it was hard and i had to ask for help quite a lot. i wrote mine about three boys that were tourists and one got lost and then they eventually died. i had trouble making it in between 800 – 1000 words because it was alot to explain in a ery short time.
