My name is Trent Williams. I am currently completing Year 12 at All Saints’ College, following a ATAR pathway. During Year 11, I earned a Certificate 2 in Workplace Skills, Which taught me practical workplace knowledge and foundational skills.
Recent projects and experiences that have had an impact on me include:
- Work experience, my work experience took place at Astley Care where my main focus was on record keeping and transferring all paper records into digital files as well as archiving all documents. This taught me resilience in the face of challenges and setbacks, computer literacy, organization, time management and, effective communication after completing my work experience I received a Certificate of Acknowledgment from the CEO Mark Gummer for my work.
- My time as a part of All Saints’ College Circus club and as a part of their circus troupe where I focused on both performing and contributing ideas this experience taught me public speaking, teamwork, active listening, adaptability and, commitment.
- Being a part of a soccer team. My 9 years of being as a key member of the Canning City Soccer Club taught me discipline, conflict resolution, loyalty and, perseverance through the regular practice and competitive matches.
My future goals include after graduating high school I aspire to study Finance at a respectable university, where I hope to gain relevant experience at a job/internship to work toward my CPA (Certified Practicing Accountant) with the end goal of becoming a senior accountant. I am particularly drawn to Finance because of my interest in organisation, problem-solving
Outside of school I enjoy reading, and educating myself on a range of topic including politics, engineering, broadcasting, physics and, history. This topics fuel my creativity and inspire me to think critically in all facets of life.
