What one piece of advice would you pass on to young teenagers above all else? Why?
You should regularly check and evaluate your drinking habits, including while you are drinking, to ensure that what you are doing is healthy and normal and that these behaviours are not influenced by others if there is a problem. I will give this advice if it is not followed. It can quickly lead to effects that can damage you, your future and the people around you.

A pledge that I will commit to when or if I start drinking
I will follow all reasonable laws and guidelines related to the safe consumption of alcohol by the Government and reputable medical sources. I will never allow myself to feel pressured by anyone, regardless of my relationship with them, to pressure me into consuming any drug I don’t wish to.
