In HASS on Thursday my class held water jugs and brought them to the fence and back. We only walked 80m but kids in Africa walks up to 7 kilometres daily a few times just to fetch water. Also, they might be as small as 5-7 years old and hold up to 10 kilos of water on the way back. The water was heavy and kids do that on a daily basis and I empathised and i felt really bad for the kids in Africa who did that every day.
