Neuroplasticity is the brain being able to learn new things, improving and getting a better memory this means that it is not fixed, and it can be improved. It is also your body doing things it is not used to like kicking a ball with your non preferred leg or opening a can of coke with you non preferred hand. Your body can learn these movements if you repeat them many times because of muscle memory Which is the main way your body learns knew movements.  Improving your brain is important because this improves you in many ways like memory and makes it easier for you to learn new things, this can be done from brain games and learning knew activities such as juggling, remembering which card is which or how to speak a new language.

Grit is you not giving up after failing and being resilient this later leads to your success because you can’t know all the answers to a test so you must try again and again until you understand it so if you would have grit then you would do well because you would give up. If you Keep on trying, then you eventually can achieve whatever you were trying to do.  Because of grit people succeed since they never give up, so it is important to have grit. People with more grit are more likely to succeed because of their attitude.

Happiness is because of friends, family, community or being good at something so it is important to have it.  If you wouldn’t then you would be alone and feel sad because even if you had heaps of money, it wouldn’t feel the same because all those friendships and other things aren’t real.  Happiness also keeps you motivated because you want that feeling of accomplishment.
