Year 7 Christmas Market and what was it like for me

Number 1. Money and budget

I had many issue with the price of the Origami Ornaments. Me and Mike shared the float because we each bought $15 in total. Next was the pricing. At first it was $1.00 but then it was 50c. At first I was ok with the pricing but after the market, it was too low and it was a bad sign for me since cheapness could be a problem for our profit. Finally our profit and investment. Our investment was $30.00 and we needed to pay back by using the float and the remaining float money were transferred into our profit which $5.20. What we had at first we hard $4.20.

Number 2. Process and what we did in the market/ trying to be successful in the market.

So what I think the one we had many issues had was the process and idea. Our idea was not the best of all time but were tried to think of a lot of ideas. We did not like at first many ideas but there one that we liked was the origami ornaments. At first we did penholders but then we changed it to ornaments. We also pitch our idea to Mrs Cooling which was good and it was useful for feedback to our final product. However, since we did not get enough feedback from our products, it wasn’t as successful as what I thought it was going to be since it was appealing enough to people and some people could make origmai at home.

Number 3. How did we convince our buyers.

Convincing people was really hard for our group since we had troubles with convincing them. We tried many ways like convince our buyers to buy the whole origami, convincing them to hang them up a tree and also exposed for false advertising. So, to not end up doing this thing again, we would convince them about our products and how useful they can be and purpose rather then just telling them to hang them up a tree.
