I LOVE to cook. Whether it is a quick after-school snack, or a dinner party for eight, cooking has always been a big passion of mine. I love the feeling of following a recipe and seeing your efforts come to life.
Sharing food with others and seeing their reactions when they taste my creation is another very rewarding feeling. Memories with family and friends are made while munching at the dinner table. But I also love to eat. It doesn’t matter if I’m having a medium-rare steak from a fine dining restaurants, or some $2 satay in a back alley beside small satay stand in Singapore, I’m happy to be eating.
I am firm believer that food brings people together. It can be authentic, elegant, and so much more! But all in all, life would most likely be very glum without the joy of cooking and eating.
