About Me

Hello, my name is Chloe Michael and I am currently in year 8 attending All Saints’ College.

I was born in Fremantle, Perth and moved to Brisbane at the age of 8. I moved back to Perth this year.

I am from a family of 4 with my mum, my dad and my younger sister Rachel who is in grade 7. My parents come from Indonesia and my great grandparents were originally from China. I can speak Indonesian, English and I am currently learning Chinese and Japanese.

For the past 8 years, I have been constantly moving schools, allowing me to develop many friendships and experiences. This has helped me to develop my teamwork and communication skills.

Continuously changing schools has allowed me to become more resilient and persevere more often. Overcoming challenges like adapting to new environments has been difficult, however, it has also taught me to be more inquisitive.

I always try my best to treat others kindly and care about them. I like helping others out but I also like leaving time to myself to do stuff that I like such as drawing, art and cooking. I enjoy making drawings or writing in calligraphy as it helps me to express myself and be creative.

Some of my key values include kindness as I believe that everyone should get a chance to be treated this way. I also believe loyalty and trust is the two key components in a good friendship. I try to and always believe that everyone should treat others with compassion and consideration all the time since we never know what they might be going through.
