I have really valued that past term spent in aquaponics learning how to use the space and work in a more ‘hands-on project!’
Parts of the design thinking project that we used:
Connected, researched, ideated and chose: what plants would best grow in our climate and weather.
Empathize: we empathized what we were going to plant with our peers, friends and family after that we….
Got Feedback: and asked for feedback from different points of view about the wicking beds and what to plant!
Define: once we were sure that we knew what would work best we got to it and finalised/defined what we were oing to plant and brought the plants.
Test: we are currently still testing/ looking after the plants and helping them grow.

we cleaned up the wicking beds and took out all of the weeds that we didn’t need to take away the good nutruence from our other plants. 
This pipe is where we water the garden to keep our plant nice and hydrated because the wicking beds are self-watering you only have to water them once a week
