Canva:
Canva is great for showing creativity through presentations, magazines, etc. I’ve used Canva in many areas to create remarkable things for school and personal purposes. Within the Canva course I took part in we learnt:
Tools/ accessories while creating:

Templates: This icon shows you all the different themes and settings that you can have to match your poster/ presentation/ etc. And If you like the look of the theme but don’t like the colours, you can always change it up!
Elements: Elements is another simple icon, but it’s filled with a lot of cool stuff. If you want to add certain design elements to make your Canva project look amazing, you can just search it in the search area, and you can look at all the designs and elements that you may want. All you have to do is drag It onto your page. ( You can get better elements If you buy the premium package)
Uploads: This icon allows you to upload personal things saved on your device to your project. This is so you can have a personal touch to your work and/ or want a specific background or feature.
Projects: This icon shows you all of the previous projects you’ve created, so if you want to switch to other work, you can do it quickly without too much stress. Like exiting, saving, entering, etc.
Text: This allows you to add additional text to your creation, you can choose different styles to make your design POP. As well as choosing bodies of text or headings, etc.
Styles: Styles is the brand kit that gives you different colour themes that Canva think will look nice together. You can also preview them and experiment with any colours you want for your pallet…
Thanks Grace – it is clear you know your way around Canva and have seen how useful it can be. I would love to see some of your work you did in Connected learning and what’s next in your development of this skill.
