Snorkeling
in our snorkeling one of the capabilities, we need to be self-aware of our surroundings and our classmates a second capability would be effective communication because you need to tell your partner or other people to be aware of certain things or you could help them by leading them through a swim through and a third capability would be organization because you are needing to be an organized before, while and after you are snorkeling, as an example, you needed to have all your stuff together before we went snorkeling.
Leave No Trace
when we were at the Rottnest camp we did leave no trace, leave no trace is when you pick up rubbish and put it in the bin wherever you are and you make it look like no one was there and a capability that I used with this is the leadership I used this to make sure people did not litter and put rubbish everywhere and made sure they put it in the bin after they were done with it.
Archery
in archery one of the capabilities we used was being self-aware because when you are shooting the bow you need to be aware of your surroundings and being aware of where you are shooting.
