Debating has been something that I always wanted to do and when I came to All Saints’ College I finally got to do it. I still remember so clearly my first ever debate here.  We didn’t win and it was quite chaotic, because one of our team members didn’t show up, but in the end we still had fun and it was a great learning experience for all of us. I do interschool debating and I do it with WADL, the Western Australian Debating League. Unfortunately, this term our school failed to get a Year 7/8 team in the AHISHA comp this term. The good news however is that we get to do BP Debating which is happening on Saturday 14th of September. This debate is impromptu, meaning we get the topic 30 mins before the debate, and we have no access to technology. I feel nervous about that but I feel it will be a good experience.
