When coming up with the idea we spent a long time thinking about what we would do. We started out with making frisbees but that idea required lots of work so we decided not to do it. Then we moved on to key chains but that idea was to basic so we ended up making cord organisers. I think I developed some capabilities such as team work and collaboration. We improved our project by working well together in the group.
We made sure everyone had a job to do so then we could produce more efficiently. I found it challenging to get all the work done on time because we only had limited recourse’s so we had to rush to get everything done by the morning. We used collaboration so we could solve this problem by working in the morning on the project before the market.
Some of the challenges we faced were coming up with an idea. We misted out on the first market because we were struggling to come up with an idea. We only had limited tools which meant that only one person could make the stock. This made it hard because it took longer to make the supplys because there was only one person.
