About Me:
Hey there, I’m Mayeul and welcome to my portfolio! I regard myself as an effectual leader, furthermore I feel as though I have infinite patience and resilience, like on a camp for cadets I had the patience and resilience, to walk an entire day with 25 kilos on my back without complaining I just did it.
To be an effectual leader with top notch resilience is an essential part of my life because I never really know when the need will come for me to use these capabilities. Although I use these capabilities in my every day-life such as teaching my little sister how to make cookies, yet she always manages to make the cookies inedible. There are some occasions where it really does test me, for example when we went of a 3-day log camp with cadets, and we had a 30km pack march scheduled. About ½ way thorough we realised that we were lost in the bush and our navigator had no idea where we were. I decided to take charge and managed to take everyone back to the base, safely. I took charge by getting everyone attention, then I proceeded by telling my peers to retrace out steps, it was easy because we were in a group of 6.
In my rare opportunities of precious free time, I really enjoy doing woodwork and playing video games. My favourite food is pizza with pesto and tomatoes and all the good topping that go along with pizza’s. I don’t know why I like pizza it just gives me a good sense of belonging and calm. A good game I like to play is Minecraft because the is so much you can do and there is never a time where is gets boring.
