[Collaboration]
Collaboration is one of my stronger qualities. I can work effectively with my peers and am willing to make compromises in order to achieve a better result, in the end. I prefer collaborative projects over solo projects, and I enjoy utilising everyone’s abilities.
[Organization]
I believe myself to be fairly organized. I’d be the one in the group who organizes and safeguards all of our work, filing it and making sure I don’t lose any of it!
[Leadership]
As a (previous JS) Sports Captain, I’ve developed my leadership skills significantly, I have taken on the position of leader and role model for the younger kids. Being a captain has taught me to give up my time in order to assist others, as well as the delight of seeing others smile while participating in the activities that the leadership team organizes.
