Inovat(ED) is a period on at the end of the day on a Tuesday for creative thinking and working on self strengths and weaknesses which we called powers, in Inovat(ED) I was working on many powers but mainly my strongest power which is teamwork as I use it all the time in normal life and when at school, I enjoy working with other people because you can come up with multiple ideas and make one big amazing idea and it loosens the work on one persons shoulders when every one contributes an equal amount. When I was working on teamwork this was one of my reflections.

My reflection on teamwork:

In all the activities we’ve done so far I’ve written down on all of them that teamwork has been involved . Although there all under team work there is lots of  different types of team work, I think this is different because the different people you work with and what position you and them play in the team for example if they are really bossy and not willing to listen to every body else or do nothing and just let everybody do the other work, teamwork is good and fun as long as everyone plays there part.
