I have had mixed experiences with innovatED, whether it is with peers, challenges I faced etc.

This year in innovated we did a project called $20 boss.

For $20 boss my group decided to make pillow case designs for people to either buy designs made already, or make a pre-order for a specific design of their choice

I have learned that cooperation is going to be something I need to know how to cope with in the future, along with understanding how my decisions can make a difference in the future.

I have developed the skills to manage myself better and to work with a group to build a business. I have also improved my ability to communicate with both new people and familiar people.

Problems I have faced have been price restrictions and a surplus due to not much demand. People didn’t seem to really want pillows, and even people who did seemed to have not been able to afford it as of a cost-y price.
