our service partner and what we did?

our challenge was to work with Fitzroy crossing district high school, to help sell and advertise their products that they supply with us. we would be selling these products on runway both online and in store.

what roles did we take on?

we brain stormed ideas on ways to sell and advertise the product and what types of products Fitzroy could sell/supply us with.

what challenges did we face and how did we get over them? 

we had a lot of trouble communicating with Fitzroy, due to Covid-19 and change in leadership at their school. we overcame these challenges by reaching out to  the other service partners asking if they wanted to help supply us with products.

how did we work with our mentor and service partners?

we kept bouncing ideas off of Ms Winter and seeing if they were worth investing our time in. we also sent a bunch of questions to Fitzroy asking them about their products and the quality/variety of them.

what capabilities did we use?

we defiantly used problem solving because of the poor communicating with Fitzroy. we had to problem solve by finding new ways to make out challenge work (we did this by reaching out to the other service partners). we also used persistence by pushing through when faced with these challenges (e.g Covid and communication ) .

where can you apply your skills from this project to outside of school?

we can use these skills in basically every job we do, because we did a lot of brain storming about different ways to sell and advertise, but also coming up with different products.

what am I most proud of?

I’m most proud of how we just kept on going when we had all of the challenges due to covid because it was very hard to communicate and get a reply from them, but we kept going and branched out and I think that we are onto something.
