The project aim was to develop a building that could withstand violent shaking and hold a small weight without falling over. we also had to research the key principles of earthquake resistant buildings and somehow use them to our advantage in this project. In the building process, we had to really work together as a team to achieve the main goal. The spaghetti was a tricky resource to use as if you so much as breathed on it wrong it would fall over. I think we could have improved on the design more by researching the best techniques for this type of tower as it still didn’t hold the weight without falling over.
The Teamwork and collaboration was an important part of this project was to coordinate with eachother to achieve one goal. Miah was the reporter, Tim was the Speaker, Eleanor was the Project manager, and Cooper was the Equipment manager. We worked together well and in the end built a tower that stood up by itself (not for very long though)
