When we were first tasked with our last assessment of a great year full of science of building a building that was 30cm x 60cm i thought no problem until i realised that it was with only spaghetti and blu tac with a budget of only $60. At first when the task was introduced we did not really have a design as i was away and didn’t have a group. I was joined into a group with Emmanuel Joseph Tan , Aaron Ravi and Kenneth Kim. At first our deign was fairly complicated but then we got our first design that we did not create to the first image. The reason this image was our first best design was because it had a large base of support to help with the side to side motions of earthquakes but not the up and down as there was just a thin stick to get the tower to 60cm. But the new design in image 2 was much better because it had a good double base incase one part of the base broke the rest would still work then the top which was just a stick to get to the 60cm. The first test with this design did not work due to the top not being supported enough and the connection to the pyramid was not strong. These are the exact changes we made to the second test in which we ere successful.
