in 20$ Boss this year we had a few obstacles:

some of our members were sick or disabled and in the end, one of our members, Sebastian Conley, left. 

we hit a few roadblocks and after we moved through those we sailed smoothly through our pitch and advertising was relatively easy. 

The playful pup was a success and it went very well and after we worked through Sebastian leaving everything went somewhat according to plan.

What we could do next time.

we could waste less time because in the first few weeks we didn’t really do anything but once I got everyone on track and we made a plan we got work done and we were good to go.

what capabilities did we develop

Collaboration, ethics, leadership, communication and resilience all of these come with running a business it is a risk and we have to commit to the project.
