On Friday the 24th of February, year 10 student Jayden Kleyweg and I performed as one of the contemporary bands providing live music for Pasar Malam. We had done ample amounts of preparation for the event beforehand, and ended up both feeling as though we had played our best on the 3 songs we chose.
The three songs we played were (in order):
Breed – Nirvana
Symphony of Destruction – Megadeth
Welcome Home (Sanitarium) – Metallica
It was definitely one of the greatest things I’ve done and one of the best performances I’ve given. I look forward to many more in the future!
